We are not held responsible for any potentials bans, blocks or problems that may occur to a proxy while it's under a customer use.

We are not held responsible for the inability to use the proxies on a specific program/app/bot, software or website.

We do not refund a plan if you forget to cancel your subscription and a renew occured. Our customers are fully responsible about how they manage their subscriptions once it became active.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn from your account under any circumstances. Account deposit balance can only be used to place orders on our platform.
